Dear Ritika,
It all happens in love, actually its the period where all the skills and lackness of both the partners are put in to gain the confidence of each other. It all depends what all measures one apply and the way that other partner reacts to it. Thats why it is been taught be elders not to get sexually involved before marriage.
How ever in your case, though you may not like it but the answer would be same let him go to hell.
You are the person who is going to build the future and plan 4 yourself.
Mostly nower days spl in India the young guys get sexually mixed up and once they find some other cream they fly over to have the taste of other one.
You have lost nothing dear, din him and start a fresh life. If he comes begging kick him out.

You hold your head hi if he left you for his reasons that you were not direct cause by you. Then you get revenge!! Make him pay in every way you can. Men think that to break a heart is just fine because most men do not love like woman!! I say make him suffer as much as possible

If the guy really love you, he will never leave you.
If he leaves you, then first of all, find a chance and slap him as hard as you can. This will help you to forget him quickly.
And after that, just carry on with your normal life. Why think about someone who never thought about you....
