I have always had the thickest longest hair my whole life. But recently I have noticed it falling out a lot more than just normal shedding. It is just getting thinner and thinner. I'm only 22 and I don't think I should be losing hair like this. My hair is not unhealthy. It's actually very shiny and smooth. It is not dried out at all. The only problem is that it keeps falling out. I wash it every 2-3 days and don't use a lot of heat when I style it. I'm not sure what else I can do to strengthen it.
Are there any suggestions?....
Home remedies maybe that I can try?
Also, is there something I can change in my diet?

Oh yeah, and I have hair down to my waist that is all natural color too. I haven't dyed it in about three years. So if that's not it, then I should really try looking at my diet
