I have always had the thickest longest hair my whole life. But recently I have noticed it falling out a lot more than just normal shedding. It is just getting thinner and thinner. I'm only 22 and I don't think I should be losing hair like this. My hair is not unhealthy. It's actually very shiny and smooth. It is not dried out at all. The only problem is that it keeps falling out. I wash it every 2-3 days and don't use a lot of heat when I style it. I'm not sure what else I can do to strengthen it.
Are there any suggestions?....
Home remedies maybe that I can try?

Also, is there something I can change in my diet?

Oh yeah, and I have hair down to my waist that is all natural color too. I haven't dyed it in about three years. So if that's not it, then I should really try looking at my diet

Have you used any new products in your hair? or tried anything new? If this is not it try looking at your diet. A healthy diet is always important. protein, whole grains, fruits and veggies. Yo can try a good Miltie vitamin, "natures plus source of life" is great
it comes in pill and liquid form. I do recommend the liquid. (works faster and pills sometimes do not dissolve). I'm not sure what your hair type is, so it is hard to recommend any products that you can use. If you do not have a stylist, I do recommend that you find a good one to help you with this problem. If the problem continues I then suggest that you speak with your Dr.

rogaine, 22 is about the age men start to thin. you better get started before its too late. quit using hair dye and other chemicals in your hair. I have a friend that had dark hair, he dyed it blondish white a lot, now he's bald. he's only 28, and it started when he was 20 yrs old. But yeah, chop chop or you wont have any to save!!!!!
