why do we always dream of things that are impossible to happen? nothing is normal about them. i dont even look the same, i cant even see myself... unless im looking in a mirror - or im someone else. nothing makes sense. then, why do i wake up thinking it really just happened? why does my head feel like i was in a time warp, all dizzy and incoherent. still there, in the dream, trying to convince yourself that you're awake now. that you should come out of it, but you remember so much. every little detail and color and smell.... every feeling. upset and out of breath. probably with a body part tingling from it falling asleep.

Dreams are meant to allow your fantasies to play themselves out ! That is one of the most important functions of dreams and thus sleep! It is good to have such a vivid recollection of dreams, you could become a lucid dreamer! And you can control the dream to a certain extent by wishing before you go to sleep.

After you awake, lie in the bed for a few minutes and wriggle your toes, hands and other parts of the body. Your astral body gets separated from your physical body during the dream phase and if you wake up (sit up too fast), the astral and the physial bodies are not properly colocated and you feel dizzy, you may even have a head ache etc. So, waking up and moving around a little in the bed helps. If you still need help, feel free to write.

Some dreams we have are part of a self-therapy system which our minds use while sleeping. Maybe it's your brain getting you to lower your standard of what is impossible.
