The main difference between the 3 is that 7zip is open source software. You will not need to purchase or register 7zip.
Otherwise, the differences are the types of files you can open with the different software.

With 7zip, you will be able to open RAR, CAB, ISO, ARJ, LZH, CHM, Z, CPIO, RPM, DEB, NSIS, 7z, ZIP, GZIP, BZIP2 and TAR files. Cost = 0.

With WinRar , RAR, ZIP, CAB, ARJ, LZH, TAR, GZ, ACE, UUE, BZ2, JAR, ISO, 7Z and Z files. Cost $ 29.

With WinZip, i forget which files it opens; it does not open as many as WinRar or 7zip. Cost for WinZip $29 also.

the difference between these is that they are different formats or ways to compress a file...
windows don't need different or all three to extract them .. just use powerarchiver or winrar...
