I Had This Problem
And When I Went To The Hairdressers About It,
They Said Thinning Your Hair Is The Best Option.
It Looks Nice And When It Grows Back
It Doesn't Grow Back Thick Again,
But I Would Get It Thinned Regularly If It Does Grow
Back Thick Again
Hope This Helps Tell Me What You Did.

lol i wouldnt worry about it love i dont have thick hair and yet i malt, it is a known fact that the human head can shed up to 100 hairs a day so because you have extra thick hair you could lose a few more but no there is no way of stopping it it is just a fact of life.

hiya, well I would suggest brushing but I religiously followed the morning and eve routine and well the hair still comes out this way, however in the brushing process and not every where and all the time if you that makes sense - am not sure otherwise how would new growth occur, I reckon we supposed to malt lol. good luck sweety hope you get the answer you seek

I'm not sure it's anything you can stop. It's my understanding that the average person naturally loses over 100 hairs a day anyway. Maybe regular brushing would stop such a noticeable falling out as hair would be collected in the brush.

Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water 2 x day. Makes hair grow because it has 93 vitamins and minerals. Only thing that can make my hair and nails long and strong. Very inexpensive. All natural. Lose weight becaise it curbs appetite.

People with thick here tend to have trouble with this. Try having your hair thinned out, so it's less weight on your head. Consult a hairdress as well.

do you have a build up of products on your hair?? spray, mousse, gel etc. When i have a build up of all them products my hair falls out when i wash it in the bath. so now i tend to wash my hair more often / and use less products.

Also, do you have greasy hair? that could be another cause (i think) as again, it effects me in that way. If so, then try using a shampoo for greasy hair................

Good luck with it, as i know too well how annoying and worrying it is.
