OF COURSE!
Just go to the pharmacy and ask for some RESOURCE or CLINUTREN (there's a lot of flavors salted or sugared) there is is a lot ot of other trade marks but I can't remember them right now. All I know is that CLINUTREN is really good, a friend of mine was obliged to have some and said that it was quite good.
good luck!

First ask yourself why you don't want to eat? there are several juices, shakes and mixes that do provide nutrition to some people who may have difficulties in chewing solid food. And such liquid foods are used to feed patients who need to be fed through a tube.

Eating food by chewing has several advantages including generation of saliva which has several enzymes and the digestion process starts in the mouth. Those benefits will be lost if you just gulp the smooth shake down. And chewing and eating food needs more time and thus allows the stomach to signal the brain about the satiation. This takes approx. 20 minutes and I can't imagine you drinking the mix for that much time!

If you want to try that route, I suggest that you use a spoon and take the mix or shake one spoon at a time and linger over it. Also ensure that adequate fiber is added to your liquid food.

If you don't like to eat, don't eat! Don't force food into your mouth! You will soon reach a stage when you want to eat to live, and not live to eat!
