Go to her parents, all polite and proper, and ask them if you can take their daughter on a date. Give them an itinerary and be ready to answer any questions. Also be ready to plead you case in terms that parents can understand.

Do not worry. I can not date until I am 16 either. If I like a guy and he likes me back, then I would ask him to wait. If you really like this girl then you will wait and respect her parents wishes. If you are just friends for now then you don't have to worry about breakups until later. By the time she is 16 both of you will be more mature.

My daughter asked me this (In a fashion) She's eleven and boys keep asking her to go to the movies skating etc. I won't allow any dating for another 5 yrs. However her solution was to join some school activities with a certain young man that she is partial to. Although she doesn't know that I'm on to her little scheme. (I do applaud her ingenuity) She still gets to spend time with him while keeping to the rules I have set .And I know that our bonds of trust remain in place.

You don't want to disrespect her family or lose their trust by taking her out behind their backs. What if you get caught and she's forbidden to see you again? I think if you really like this girl, the best thing you can do is talk to her father. Approach him like a man and tell him that you really like his daughter. Tell him your intentions and that you're not trying to hurt her or take advantage of her. Maybe he'll see your maturity and allow for her to date you.

If you are a gentleman and if you care about her as much as you say, then you must realize that she is very young. If you go against her parents wishes, you could be asking for trouble. No sneaking around--that says that you don't value this girl. If she is the right girl for you, and if you care about her the way you say you do, you can wait. If you can't
wait, find someone your own age.

This one's easy. You're going to date this girl, just not during the night time. You'll have to compensate by going out with her during the day. Tell her to tell her parents she's coming over to your house to help you with your math homework or something like that. Make sure it's believable. Then when she comes over, then you two can really go out.

There's not much you can do except respect her parents wishes. Ask her parents can you come to the house to visit. That way they can monitor what's going on. If you show yourself respectful, they might let you date her.
