See a Doctor. There is a reason a person doesn't like to eat. Is it fear of gaining weight, acid/indigestion problems, or something like TMJ which causes jaw joint pain? Any of these problems can make someone not want to eat. A Doctor can diagnose and help treat any condition causing the problem.
There are supplements, such as Ensure, with enough vitamins in it to be a meal replacement. It is a very thick shake used mainly for people who can't chew or have trouble swallowing.
See a Doctor, and lots of luck.

yes there are meal replacement shakes but you should allways have at least 1 true meal a day the shakes will give you all the essentials you need but I find that if you dont have a meal in the middle of the day that you drag big time your body needs solids to burn as well as nutrients

Yes it is true. I lived on them for nearly a year when I could not keep down solids, but you would need to go to your GP and ask for Fortifresh - which comes in two or three fruit flavours if I recall. But first you must try and work out why you do not like to eat and address that problem.

Yes it is true there are lots to choose from you can get these in the supermarket and if you have a medical conditon i.e. where you cant swallow properly or you need exta calories i.e. in anorexia you can get ones called ensure, enlive, fortasip and so on from your G.P. The other thing is slim fast as thes shakes are balanced containing lots of essential vitamins and minerals as all the above.
