I am 158cm but I want to be at least 165. How can I do that ?

Truth is there is nothing that will make U grow. If Ur in your teens you could & will still grow some more. But honestly there is no magic pill or potion that will make your body grow any taller. Time is the only think that has to pass. Hope I gave U something 2 think about.

I don't know what cm is as I was
educated in pounds& inches. Eat
lots of Spinach & do plenty of
stretching excercises. Go 2 the Physiotherapist. Tell him or her
what U want they'll be glad to help
but for $'s of course! My Brother did!
He's 6' 9"! Most my sisters are 5' 7"
although one is about 5' 4.8"!
They like the height they are.
I'm 5' 7 3/4" & that's fine with me!
