How do we know that the Bible is not his master stroke of genius? Wouldn't it be the ultimate deception for an evil being to place the "Good Book" in our hands and call it God's word?

Once again, Brendan, you do not believe in Satan, so why are you asking questions about him?
The Bible is true, that is why we know it did not come from the father of lies. Test it. Everything the Bible says is a sin is because that thing is HARMFUL to us. Try it, Brendan, do a little scientific "case study" on it.

There is no such thing. Satan is just a being someone invented, so that people wouldn't have to be accountable for their actions. You are responsible for every action you make. Not a demon, not a god, you yourself.

A person EGO is the Satan within
A person SOUL is the God within
Our EGO holds our Fears which pushes and drives us to do what ever we need to do for Greed and Power and I guess for and Control
Our Soul is our Loving, Caring side which only wants us to better ourselves for personal growth and holds our Conscious
Yin & Yang
Yin (receptive, feminine, dark, passive force)
Yang (creative, masculine, bright, active force)
You can't have one without the other BALANCE we search for
