I think Rosemary Conley dvds are fab, I lost over 3 stone by following her healthy eating plan and doing the dvd a few times a week. The last one I ought was Slim and Salsacise by her and it really is fun. Obvioulsy based on Salsa but including aerobics for the weight loss. Have a go in the privacy of your front room and you don't feel stupid when you can't do it for the first few times. It gets easier when you remember the moves.

If there was a really effective fun way of doing it there would not be that high % of obese people carrying themselves around !!.
Remember the only short cut is 1. exercise like cardio, 2.Appropriate diet 3. Supplement.

you should go swimming, because even when you feel like you're not doing much, you are still losing a lot of weight compared to dancing and sweating and losing only a little. When I say swimming, though, i don't mean just go swim like those athletes, because that is just boring. But you should go with friends and play "Marco polo" or chicken fight with your friends. That way, it is fun and you are working put every muscle in your body. Trust me, it really works, because it happened to me this summer. It was fun and effective.

Yoga Booty Ballet. It's pretty fun. At least to me it is. It's got dance,yoga, and just about a little bit of everything. Diffidently gets your tummy flat.
