Celery is a negative calorie food.

Ice water b/c your body can only absorb h20 at body temperature, so your body has to expend energy to heat it up. I like my water icey!

Here is a list I found on the net...don't know how accurate the list is... http://www.calorie-count.com/forums/post/22.html

Eating grapefruit is a good way, but it will take a long time for noticable changes. Celery and lettuce are both very good as they take more cals to diget it then it puts on.

I recommend having salds containing Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, Celery. you can also add some cheese for taste but not too much :)

You will burn calories anytime you eat a food that is less than your body temperature. It will be negligible compared to the content of the food of course.

i heard that eating celery sticks and ice burns calories. grapefruit helps in burning fat. but verrrry little. if you expect to lose weight just like, that forget it ! the key is to exercise. do something you like, and eat healthier. drink more water, it does WONDERS!

Try cellery. It takes more calories to digest it than what it has in it.
