yep though I never had a c-section.I have had 2 kids and i have tried every thing.Sit ups,crunches walking running you name it.I have good strong abs but You can't tell for my mummy tummy. If you find a way to get rid of it I sure would love to know!

I had a small pooch, now I'm pregnant w/ #2, so I hope it doesn't get worse. And it can be worse w/ a C-section b/c they cut through the muscles.

My mums is pretty bad because she had two c-sections and the second one didn't heal properly and she never had the surgery to fix it. It just screwed up how the muscles look.

Don't know about the csection but I have what I call a jelly belly that won't seem to go away. I don't mind it though, it is from my beautiful daughter and she was worth every kilo.
