The larger the size the higher chance of it already being written over on your hard drive and not able to be fully recovered again. You can try restoration, it's a great free program.

Nothing is free, but if you havent modified the hard drive in question, downloading and installing the free trial of system mechanic pro may help you recover the file, however I recommend installing on another computer and slaving your drive into it so as to prevent any more writes to the drive and risking overwriting sectors of the file you are looking to recover.
