Don't over-exert yourself but make sure to gently use the muscles that you are trying to "repair." You don't want your muscles to stiffen up on you. If it causes pain, then do it more gently until it doesn't cause any pain. Also take an anti-inflamatory.

See a doctor if you think you need to. They will prescribe you something.
