Well, the obvious answer would be not to drive your PC when drunk. But, sending emails or pictures out to strangers, friends and family can be interesting especially when you don't remember doing it, or what you said!
I say, create a password that you can't possibly type when drunk, then lock the machine before you have that first drink!
