i think you need to cap a limit over the amount of cereal you eat. it contains carbohydrates which can make you fat easily. afterall you should just stick to 2 servings of vegetables plus 2 servings of fruits. of course, its ideal to take in some carbohydrates and i mean SOME. oh yeah swimming's great.

You must eat more and you will loose more!
In this diet you have to eat lots of fresh vegetables ,don't miss a day without a bowl of salad please. The most important vegetables are green vegetables, add red cabbage in your daily salad too .Try to eat fish as much as you can,you eat more fish you will loose more.Your breakfast is free, eat what you want but try to make it different every day.And do not eat any carbohydrate in the evening time.Exercises is a must,it will stimulate your appetite so you have to be careful and avoid over eating.Do a cardio work out in the evening . Pick I5 minutes of any cardio work out that you enjoy.
Don't go crazy with diet, enjoy life as much as you can,and you will see the result. No alcohol ,only once per week.If you are really want to loose 30 ibs,do not eat any thing after 6 pm.It is fast and it gives you the result.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

i'm a touch puzzled... My toddler is 4 months old, and already 20 lbs and three oz.... hmm.... nicely. i comprehend for a shown actuality that once they get to the crawling stages, or walking, which i do not comprehend in the experience that your daughter is there or not... little ones may loose some weight, or do not get a lot weight to placed on. If the healthcare professional isn't tense, i does not be both. She may in basic terms be a smaller toddler. not something incorrect with it, if the docs are happy with it!! yet i'm quite wondering... now should be my son everyday?! 4 months-20 lbs 3 oz.?

This will work, say to yourself one week that for 6 month i will eat anything that copmes to your mind. I did that and after 3 month I wasso sick of the fatty/sugery stuff i never had to be on a diet, the pounds came of by itself. I had 10 Coke every day, i hate that drink now. I had everything and today i cant stand it. I know this reverse thinking works, i read it myself on answers long time ago and i am glad i did read it. Eat as much as you want, there comes a day soon where it falls off. The obest people ar they who eat more, not alot. The a lot girls get enough of it and they will be thin.

Nourish your body thin, instead of starving your body fat. Good carbs like celery and carrots will never make you fat. Bad carbs like cake will, but you don't need to know the whole science of glycemic load. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin and healthy. Salt has no calories but makes you fat and burning more calories does not help this fatness.
