Yes, the day almost is there again where we all play our best part, Valentine's day. Although I think that over here in Belgium, it's not that big as in the US, still, it's largely spread out in the media. But one thing I'm asking myself, why does such a day exist ? Isn't it more important to love your girl (or guy) every day instead of putting extra effort in one day alone ?

Yes, its more important for u to love ur lover EVERYDAY...Valentine's day is just a date in the calendar tto remember St. valentine which is also associated with romantic love & happens once a year. Just this day, lovers really do more effort in showing der love to der partners co'z it's der day once a year. :-) but it's up to u whether u wanna make everyday effort to ur lover...;-) wud be more meaningful..

Well, I live in the USA, so it is important to me to celebrate the day. You can tell your love that you love them every day, but to set one day aside to do some thing really special is a good thing to do.

Valentine's Day.....sucks.

I am currently boycotting the color red.

But you're right. Why should one day be more important than any other day? It's another day for Hallmark and retail stores.

Valentines day in my opninion is a "commercial" holiday---if you love someone they know EVERYDAY--not just a day on the calender!!!!
