Should I break up with her?

She cheated on me once, but i think i can forgive her for that..... its just that i hurt her once (emotionaly) but we got together again, and shes movin at the end of the year. I promised her id never hurt her again, and i keep my promises, but shes cheating on me again, or i think so, and EVERYBODY calles her a hoe, but i dont know wat to do.....
