My boyfriend ask me to do things I don't want to do. I always end up pleasing him. He is a mess and I feel bad for him that's why I keep saying yes. How can I be a stronger person?

If you've already stamped sex as 'approved' for your relationship, how are you supposed to take it back now unless you want to insinuate that the relationship is in decline and headed an abrupt conclusion?
Sounds to me like you need to break up this relationship. Your boyfriend is playing head games on you than are making you feel compromised. And frankly in my opinion, a boyfriend who relies on a girl's charity service is pathetic and needs to work on building some character from the inside out. You want to feel stronger? Tell him it's over. He's already made you feel violated and that's irreconcilable.
