We need more info on symptoms. Is this chronic, or a sudden bout. I highly recommend NOT feeding Beneful (chock full o' sugar) and Friskies. Beneful is really a crappy food and there is some concern right now about toxic mold contamination in it. Even the Urban legend site: http://www.snopes.com/critters/crusader/beneful.asp
is undetermined on it.

What is true is that Beneful has great marketing but the food itself is of dubious quality.

Find a good food, such as Canidae, Innova, Canine Caviar, etc.

How can you help your dog with an upset stomach????

What makes you think an upset stomach will be of use to him.

But seriously, get him to exercise, as internal massage will probably do him more good than any drug, if need be starve him for 24 hrs (difficult when his pleading eyes melt you heart). Provide plenty of water, also take note of how much water he is drinking and report to his Veterinary surgeon.

I would remove his food for at least 6-12 hours to give his stomach a chance to settle, then start him on a bland diet of boiled hamburger or boiled chicken and white rice for a day or two. I wouldnt give any OTC medications without knowing what could be wrong.

If he has diarrhoea and vomiting, starve him for 24 hours then feed a bland diet like chicken and rice for a couple of days (little & often). If he seems lethargic or under the weather, a trip to the vets may be in order. If he just has diarrhoea, your vet may prescribe Canikur tablets, which you give instead of food for 2 days.

I would take my dog off of Beneful. Your dog is probably allergic to something in it. If corn meal, and meat by products are listed in the 1st 5 ingredients get rid of it.

We have 4 dogs. 2 dogs can't eat anything but Solid Gold Holistic blend.

Try changing his diet and I am sure it will stop.

My yorkie suffers from allergies and has a very sensitive tummy. The senior vet put her on Hill's Perscription diet food, and suggested chicken and rice as an alternative. It works brilliantly.

Depends exactly what you mean by an upset stomach. Arrowroot is good for diarrhoea. If in doubt best take him to see a vet.

Refrain from giving food for the next 6-12 hrs. Limit his water to small amounts at a time. Watch him. If he is over his upset, gradually add food and water. Most likely he ingested something he wasn't supposed to and his tummy couldn't handle it. Caution on giving animals "people" medications. I understand acetaminophen can kill canines.

INeither of those things are good for dogs. Get a veterinarian's opinion, but feed your dog something better.

You can give your dog plain steamed rice to settler her tummy.
