If you take Isis out of mecneistasis the remaining letters can be rearranged to spell casement. Prolly irrelevant!
Mecnei can spell icemen, and icemen are certainly in stasis!

the person above me says it may be egyptian but if you don't know the egyptian language, how is it possible that it could come up in your dreams. I'd say it may be just a mix of different words? maybe it's a scramble?
