I'm over 21, but I think he's liked me for a long time...Will his feelings for me finally surface since we'll both be considered adults at than point?
He blows me kisses, licks his lips at me, hugs me, says "I love you", tries to make other guys go away, stuff like that. He's been to my house twice. He says I matter more than other females we both know. His ex- gf even confronted me saying he always talks about me. Is his behavior "only friends" or heading toward something I'd like to happen? Yes, I'm totally interested in him!!!

He told a guy named Jason last week that I liked him. Jason saying I liked him more that I like the one I really like. My friend said "There's NO WAY she likes you more than she likes me!"

You've got to be american going on about him turning 21 and being adults and all - what's it like living in a country with such draconian laws on sex ?
You should go up to him and say I would very much like you to put my ankles behind my ears - and then he won't be in any doubt will he ?
