Hi everyone reading this! x

My heart goes out to anyone struggling to lose weight. There are a lot of people on here to try and help ( now i feel like Lassy )I replyed to this other girls question, then i found a similar one 2 minutes later, so to save my fingers I've copy/pasted this!

Well in answer to your question; i can only tell you of my experience. I was a size 14 last year. I wanted to lose or accelerate weight loss, and so i tried pills and starvation plus a few diet plans. Because all of a sudden you control your eating, i lost a few pounds initially, but it always came back in the end lol

My sister went to this one website which offers a choice of diet plans. At first i was naturally sceptical but in the end i had a try. I liked the website because it was honest advice and there wasn't any of that sale driven "c'mon, you'll be as thin as a twig next week" baloney. Anyway, cut a long story short, I'm a size 8- OK i lost an average 2-3 pounds a week which isn't as much as what other plans claim, but i could never get to a size 12 before and that was with exercise too! I am encouraged to eat out and even have chocolate lol+i don't go hungry ever.

It is good value for money too , anyway, i do tend to jibber don't i lol?
The website is Dietplansforlife.com
Hope i have helped!! xx

Many of the persons try to reduce their weight to look beautiful and slim. Some ways to loose excessive weight is going to gym, excersice, walking and food diete. But, for the some persons the heavy weight is a inheritance desease. For those persons, food diete is only the way that gives better result. Your food should include the following:

1) Never take the oil food,
2) Make sure that your food should include mutch of fiber. The Fiber in the food will removes the wastage in our body
3) the water content should be more in the food
4) follow the strict timings for the lunch, break fast,
5) consider fruits, juses, and raw vegitables, as your breakfast.
6) do not eat so much of faty foods, and processed foods( i.e cakes, chacolates, biscuits, jams etc)

About 2 years ago, I stopped running (just stopped one day... no real reason) and then, surprise surprise, I gained 20 lbs. I kept saying I was going to lose the weight but never did... until one day, a pair of pants I love barely fit anymore. I decided to do something about it and I joined LA Weight Loss. I think it's a great program and in 8 weeks, have dropped those 20 lbs and I'm going for another 10.

I don't think it's necessary to join a program but their philosophy is portion-control and number of servings... Depending on your weight, how much you want to lose, and whatnot, you should limit your intake of protein/starches and increase your veggies/fruit intake. Also, I found that I cannot lose weight if I eat carbs in the evening (I eat two servings of starches per day). As soon as I stopped eating carbs after 3 p.m., the weight started coming off quickly.

It is really helpful to keep a food joural - know if it is a giant pain in the @$$ but it really helped me see how much "junk" I was eating. Regular exercise always a plus. Do at least 4 days a week of cardio (keeping your heart rate around 140) for at least 20 mins a crack. After a few months I lost 25 lbs and no longer keep a journal. I am just more consience of what I eat.

Good Luck!

One candy a week, no fries, no sodas. If you can walk a mile per day would do the trick. I transformed myself from obeast to thin that way. Keep it simple hun! More chicken on the table, more veggies. No calorie counting (boring without results).
