ok well i gamble alot online and im only up 18,000 but i should be up 50,000 at least and it makes me sick every night even though i do have a pretty good profit and this nasty feeling is taking over me. what do you think? what should i do?

Take some time off. Seriously. Even if you are winning money, if it is causing problems in your life then it is a gambling problem.
Plan to not play again. Maybe sit in on a GA meeting if you're comfortable with it. If you get to the point that you can control your emotions and not become depressed when you lose, then you can start again. Otherwise don't.
Either way, get out of the house/casino more often and come up with some other hobbies. Socialize more. This will help you balance your life and not put as much emphasis and attention on gambling results.
And to the previous poster who said you should make larger bets: this is definitely the wrong time for that. If you're getting depressed over gambling with your current bet size, increasing it can be disasterous.

I am actually not being sarcastic. You need help. I have witnessed this happen to my mother-in-law. It is a never-ending battle to win the highest jackpot and you may end up losing everything and everyone to get it.

If you feel you should be up more cash maybe you need to make bigger bets. With bigger bets, comes bigger risk though, so be careful.
