You wear a size 6-8, so you are hardly fat. For your height, you can weigh from 98lb to 132lb, but if you are small framed then near the lower end. You may want to lose some pounds, but you are not technically overweight and you are certainly not fat.

BMI - height to weigh ratio is ridiculous. This is because it does not factor in weight due to muscle strength. If you are lifting weights regularly you could very well have more weight on you than the charts would consider healthy, yet you would still look and feel thinner than someone weighing less than you. A size 0 is small. Even for 5'-1". Just eat wise and exercise often. I have two kids (ages 3 and 8) and my body is better now than it ever was before my boys were born. I'm 5'6" and in a size 5/6. Fortunatley, having a child raises the concern of being fit that may not have existed prior to your child. Embrace that concern and factor life changing practices into your life. This will also provide a healthy example for lifestyle to your child.

No, 128 lbs isn't fat. I would recommend that you go back to school. Spelling is not so much art as it is science. I'm sure your child would appreciate a parent who is literate and can help them with their homework instead of being stupified by it.
But hey, yer too worried about bein' a fat ol' cow!! That durn skool wasn't helpin nuthin! Just keep worriyun yer purty lil head about yer wayt!
Dumb ***.

via BMI, a woman with that weight/top would be considered "obese", yet purely a splash. a man or woman who has a BMI of 25 or larger is considered obese, and a woman with that top/weight would have a BMI of precisely 25. dropping even 3 kilos would positioned considered one of those man or woman interior the conventional selection, that's how close that's. i would not evaluate somebody with that top/weight to be "fat" however, counting on her physique. If she's muscular and bodily energetic, she probable isn't fat.

No you are not fat. I think it is sad how so many people today worry that they are too fat when in fact they are not. The media has put too much pressure on people to look like twigs.

Your age has nothing to do with it. Bur you are still about 25 pounds over your ideal weight.

You need nothing more than a healthy and balanced diet and adding some exercise to your daily routine.
