Show that you have the same interests as her, or take up the same interests; if she's bright, show that you're bright as well; don't say or do anything to tick her off, volunteer regularly and make sure she knows it (it shows you're caring); talk about stuff she cares about (and make sure you're well-versed on the topic); be outgoing and not nervous when with her; take an active interest when having a conversation, etc....of course, I can only tell you general stuff because you gave us a general question.

Learn to spell first, then be more specific. You can pick her up in a fancy car, or take her on a hot-air balloon ride. But it all depends on your situation and age.

don't talk about yourself a lot, but if they make you, do a real good job, don't be modest about it, she asked you.
ask questions, the more you do, the more they'll talk and the more they'll..know..that you want to know everything about them because you really care.
