Diet soda (in moderation coz of other ingredients like caffeine), tea and coffee with skim or semi skim milk, no added sugar squash is OK too.

anything that has calories will make you gain weight,especially if you dont work it off, or burn the calories back off. water is simply great for washing out your system and cleansing it with out additives,maybe you could get some energy powder to add to it that doesnt have sugar and get a kick out of it also.but then unsweetend tea isnt to awfull bad

try green tea without sugar... the catechin/EGCG content will actually help increase your metabolism and help you lose weight...Good Luck!!!
