I put a few drops of olive oil in the water, try it; it does work.
And it sounds like you could be cooking it for too long.
Angel hair is very thin and doesn't take long to be al dente!

I always make Angel Hair Pasta on Thursday nights for the family dinner. To keep Angel Hair pasta from sticking put about 1 tsp. of olive oil in the boiling water then add your pasta. Also, it helps if you add butter but that's optional.

while boiling the water you add a little bit of oil or butter. This will keep it from clumping. Also when you drain it, never let the pasta get water on it. This will make the starch clumpy as well. Also, stir it minimally as possible. Excessive stirring is not good.
Good Luck!

if you want the pasta in it's natural state without oil when you are finished cooking run some COLD water over the pasta it will keep it from sticking but run just enough as not to cool it of.

Add a little oil to the water, stir frequently. As soon as you have drained it toss it with a small amount of olive oil. If you want you can flavor the olive oil with some herbs or garlic (just stick them right in the bottle, and let them steep). Gives it an little extra goodness.

Boil your water with a 1/2 to 1 tsp of oil, then put your pasta in the boiling water.....................when you drain the pasta put a spoon of butter or margarine, stir it in the colander............it most likely will not stick. I have used both together and separate.
