Do you rally wanna sacrifice the guy you like for your best friend's feelings? I don't think so. If your best friend cares for your happiness, talk to her, tell her that the guy likes you instead of her and that you like the guy too. Ask her if she'll feel bad if you both go out. If she says 'ya', then she's not a good friend, she doesn't care for your happiness and is not a real best friend.

Think what you would most like to be told by a best friend in the case she decided to go out with a/this guy. Tell her that. And also be honest. Not such a great deal, these things happen all the time.

Point her in the direction of another really good guy. Play matchmaker and help her find another sweet guy. Or if this doesn't work for her, you take the new sweet guy and give her the first guy you both swoon over.

okay. here's the deal. you need to ask yourself a question first: which do you value more: your best friend, or a teenage relationship that will probably at best last no more than a year or so? now, i don't mean to be all negative about it, but that's really the reality.

it happend to me before exactly the same situation but i rather not date the guy than loose my very bestfriend. there's a lot of guy around but i only have one childhood best friend. and true friend is hard to find... =D
in the end, none of us date the guy! =D

it happened she must to understand that she likes u, just u, not her she must to understand that.. tell her allot of cute guys maybe u know guys like her and ask her out..and the problem will solve... don't feel shy to tell her that he ask u out if he ask.. tell her that and she must o understand if not be careful maybe it's the end of the relationship.. so both must to be aware... good luck

he likes u, then he will invite u to go out, then just go.if both of u really feel good,then tell ur good friend abot it,then i think she wil understand coz she is ur GOOD friend.
