There is no magic weight-loss pill, supplement, fad diet, or juice. The ONLY way to lose weight is to consume less calories than you burn. Brad Pitt didn’t get cut for Fight Club by drinking green tea, and you won’t either.
Walk for 30 minutes every day, including weekends, Mondays, and Fridays. Do at least 30 minutes of weight training each week. Do 60 minutes of additional, higher intensity cardio each week.
Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Throw out all of your ice cream, chips, cookies, cheese, fried foods, bacon, and candy.
Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day, but if you don't wake up famished, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Turn off the TV and the computer. Sleep is vitally important.
Don't consume alcohol—alcohol is nothing more than empty calories with no nutritional value. Some people will argue that alcohol has some health benefits when consumed in moderation—I’m not debating that—but we’re talking about weight loss here. Lay off the booze if you want to lose the belly.
Drink lots of water, then drink more. Not tea, not Gatorade, not milk. Water.
Good luck.

I agree that you want to avoid prescription drugs... I tried and had way to many side effects.. but like the others said, diet and exercise combined is what it takes to lose the weight..Not to mention motivation! There are herbal supplements that can aid in weight loss which aren't drugs. I'm thinking about trying a herbal one, maybe this one www.yourhealthjourney.com/proactol.php I think it will have less side effects and a better result than the prescription drugs i was on.

Believe it or not, becoming a vegetarian/vegan will help you to lose weight without even struggling; at least it worked for me. I became a total vegan, and in less than six months went from 208 lbs to 165 lbs without even trying. I ate just as much as I always did, but something to do with the change in my diet made the weight just drop off. I've since talked to my doctor and a few vegans, and they've all said that it *does* help.

Eat healthier and workout. You can also try this book in titled You: On A diet. It's by Mehmet C. Oz and Michael Roizen. I have it and it's not really a diet at all, it just tells you how to eat healthier and has some easy to do at home workouts. It's whipping me back into shape that's for sure.

Drink lots of water it helps lose some weight due to your body not needing to retain water. Caffeine dehydrates your body. A good rule of thumb is that your body needs as much water as your body weight divided into half in ozs. And don't eat anything 2-3 hours before you go to bed.

Stop or really slow down on eating sugar, white flour, cooked foods, pop.
Try eating more fresh organic fruits and vegetables.
and if you'll still choose some product for weight loss, then at least try this really good natural diet system www.oxyfresh.com/vlad
