ok so im 15 n i was into video games until 14, now iv changed and am not like that, i want to be more active n hav more fun, i relly suk at sports n want to get better and im relly weak and want to get stronger. ican be barely bench 110...............when ppl look at me they think im strong and good at sports, but when we talk to trash to other ppl i dont hav strengh to bak it up, so any ideas on how to get better n not in public cuz its kinda embarrisin

I will also tell you that I knew a young man who started working in construction over the summers and that made him strong and defined his arms nicely.

Seriously, you need to put more time and effort into your school work. Your spelling is terrible. Instead of sitting on the computer asking people what to do, get up and go for a walk, or jog, go lift some weights.

get some dumbbells from walmart and workout in your room you can get a fairly good workout jsut from a set of adjustable dumbbells and they're pretty cheap too

really just figure out a workout regimen that you can do and stick to it if thats really something that you want to do but i think that really you dont have to do all that work to feel better about yourself.
