Much of weight gain and fat storage has to do with the pancreas'
secretion of the hormone insulin. Insulin is released in higher amounts of refined carbohydrates that are far removed from their nnatural state. So eating a fresh fruit causes less to be released than eating the juice of fruit; eating flour products causes more to be released than eating whole grains. Some people do well on diets that are relatively high in natural fats but low in refined carboydrates such as sugar, juice, and flour products. In fact, some fat is good because it signals to the body that it is full. So a piece of fruit and a slice of cheese, even full-fat cheese, would keep you more full than just a piece of fruit, which could prevent you from overeating later, especially overeating carbs. Fiber also gives a feeling of fullness and lessens the amount of insulin secreted by the pancreas, another reason why fruit and grains are such better choices than juices and flours. Pineapple is a good choice; I would consider eating it with cottage cheese to keep you fuller longer.

Hi! If you eat fruit ( pineapple) it will definitely help you lose weight! Instead of eating french fries or chips grab some fruit! By replacing fruit instead of fatty snacks you will be healthier and lose weight! I hope that helped!

Yes, eat fresh organic fruits and vegetables and start eating all meals in smaller portions, and add some exercise at least for 20 minutes. And you'll look great.
If you want try this natural O So Slender diet from www.oxyfresh.com/vlad

Air popped popcorn. You can add a bit of butter and salt, but the fiber is a big benefit.
