It varies but it seems to be alright from the first time you have intercourse. Unless what you are saying is that you have not yet had intercourse and wonder how long to wait before any type of sexual contact. In which case it seems to depend on how old you are, how emotionally involved you are, and what your comfort level is. There is no right answer, just let your gut and loins guide you.

Sex is sex. When you're ready to have sex you can do it how ever you'd like to. Having oral sex later than (regular sex) does not make you any more or less a good girl. It's sex no matter what hole you use.

whenever you both are comfortable and there are mutual feelings between the both of you...if not, don't give a peice of yourself or engage in sexual activities with someone who barely has you on their mind......there isn't really a STANDARD time that everybody should follow, use your common sense and intuition

Well, if you were my teenage daughter, I'd say "on your wedding night". Otherwise, for consenting loving adults, I'd say sometime within the first 30 days if he or she is clean/disease free. Enjoy!!
