his weight doesnt sound like too much of a concern.....but his diet DOES. I'm taking a nutrition class and it's really opened up my eyes to how important eating with balance, variety, and in moderation is. A couple plates of spaghetti or a couple corn dogs a day? One, he's not eating enough---theres no way that he can get the nutrients that his body needs by eating that little. And two, he's eating junk----at least half of his grains need to come from whole wheat sources, and he needs to eat fatty foods like corn dogs sparingly. He needs fruits and vegetables, and dairy, too. check out a food guide pyramid. Once he starts to eat right, he'd probably end up losing weight anyways, if that's your concern. And, maybe he doesnt eat too much because he doesn't want to get fat or really does think he's chubby and is self-conscious about it.

I'm sorry, but you weren't very svelte at 190 lbs, so if he's calling you fat at 200 lbs, he has a whole lot more issues than your weight. I'm guessing, Stud, as I'll call him, either drives a really big truck, or a BMW, both of which directly reflect on his really below average penis. There's nothing you can do, even anal, that will make Mr Tiny Peepee happy. Worry more about yourself and your child, and lawyer up. You'll do better on your own that you're doing with him... a double wide rental doesn't cost more than a single wide rental.

I'm sorry,But a small appetite is "a couple of cracker biscuits" or something similar,Not a couple plates of spaghetti or a couple of corn dogs.If he continues to eat that sort of food he will eventually become obese.Unless he is very energetic and exercises often,He needs a well balanced diet.

ahhhk get him some healthier food and he's probably got himself a slow metabolism too. It may not be such a big deal now but later on it can get worse (with the diet not saying he's fat) get more green vegetables and fruits in his diet for his sake. A person's diet is a very hard thing to break and if helped earlier on its all the better

C J is right. That is too much of the wrong kind of food. He is a growing boy, but he needs to get in the habit of eating fruits and vegetables though. And he should exercise more too.

130 isnt that much at 12, espically if he's large framed. Buy a $10 body fat caliper and determine it.

refer to this to find out his body mass index : http://www.consumer.gov/weightloss/bmi.htm
his BMI is around 24.6. its normal, but its nearing obesity.
if he is big boned it's alright, but if he has a belly and man-boob etc etc then you know he's overweight.
it's easier to lose weight while he's young. just don't scare him about obesity, i know many kids(even guys) who start starving themselves and devolop anorexia at young ages to avoid obesity.
he can have healthier alternatives, including fruits and veggies in his diet. get him interested in a sport!! basketball, rugby etc etc..
that will do wonders.
try to cut down on pasta and milk, and remember, moderation is the key. if he grows up eating unhealthily/too much it's going to be very hard for him to lose weight in the future.
trust me, i grow up eating alot. now i eat everything i want, just not too much. moderation is the key` :) you can find alot of information on the internet. just search ..

yes, he's a little overweight, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's from fat. muscle weighs more than fat, and if he has a larger than average build, it's most likely normal to seem overweight. However, it sounds like he's comfortable with his weight, and he's not unhealtily overweight, so you shouldn't let it bother you.
