How do I get over my sexual addiction I've tried going cold turkey but the longest I've gone is about a week and then I crash. I'am a real sex addict I realize that I have missed up some good relationships because of my problem, what do I do I would like to be in a relationship not based on sex, but with the benefits and enjoyment of it.

well everybody has to have a hobby.. i didnt realize there was such a thing but apparently i was that way too.. when i istopped being obsessed with sexual encounters i found myself depressed and anxious.. so well it was a form of obsession just like any other hobby .. I can think of worse obsessions and rather be obsessed with sex and anxious and depression.. you might want to rethink giving it up..

I may be a girl, but I have a similar problem. Just work your way down from a lot to a little to none.

NOT SMOKING OR DRUGS
Smoking and drugs can get you hooked dude
Try to hang out with guy friends instead of girls and forget about it
