Sounds like influenza. Rest, sleep, tylenol and fluids (as you are doing). Mostly tea, water, juice. Keep eating what you can - soda crackers, pretzels, toast, even if you don't feel like it so your body can get strong again.

That sounds similar to a virus I had a couple of weeks ago. The ear ache, sore throat and headache may all be related to sinus drainage/infection. The muscle soreness and fatigue are probably side effects of the fever. It took about 10 days for me to get past what I had.
You can alternate between Tylenol and ibuprofen; take one then take the other two hours later, alternating back and forth between the two in two hour intervals.
The ear ache is probably your best indicator as to whether you are getting better or worse. If it lasts more than a couple of days or becomes unbearable, then you should see a doctor and get a prescription for it. Otherwise, like most viruses, it will just have to run its course.

My Fiance has the same thing and has for a couple of days now and had a fever of 101 and he has been drinking lots of fluids, napping alot, eating soup and taking Benylin pills for cold and flu it works wonders and he feels much better today. Also he sat in a warm bath and layed down after and watched a movie and said he felt better you just have to relax. Hope this helped and hope you feel better!!!! :)

probably just a virus give it a week to ten days and you should be back to normal if you see that you have big headaches and a stiff neck with temperature go back to the doctors as soon as possible and get retested for strep or menengites some times the test come back false wen they are positive so if it continues after a week get retested

the flu, everyone I know has had, including me, if it's the same one wait until you can't get out of bed without passing out. it's really bad this year, everyone at work has missed 2 or more weeks over it and several schools in my area have closed down because of it. so just stay in bed drink liquids and take medicine. good luck.

Throw away tylenol and crap like that.
Eat organic garlic and onions more often. Get raw honey and drink hot herbal tea with it.
