Well, girls like that a lot about guys! They like when guys care for them and help them. Maybe while helping them, you said something attractive, or the way you help them made them feel special. Maybe you should change the way you approach them, maybe you should be a bit cold if you don't want girls to like you.
I'm a girl, and to tell you the truth, it's the first time that I've come across a guy who's impressed when girls like him. By the way, THE BEST WAY TO SEDUCE A GIRL IS BY HELPING HER. Probably, they thought you were seducing them, and I bet you must be a handsome guy.

Because it is nice to have someone listen and help you and when you have a bf he is usually just trying to scre* you so a understanding ear turns a girl on. You must be a compassionate guy.

maybe you give the best advice and they like that but you should be happy about that it's a good thing because it shows that you have more than just "the looks" and when you do have a real relationship(or if you do now) that girl will like that in you
