I don't have a membership to the gym, so I would use with what I had at my house and workout. This did pretty well for me, where I have dumbells and a bench. I do a lot of pushups in one workout with 75 regular pushups. Take a little break, and then do 50 pushups on my fists and my arms wide. Then about 25 "diamond" pushups. I also do curls and dumbell flys. The dumbell flys and pushups have really built up my muscles and especially my chest and it's pretty defined. But the problem is that these works do some toning, but do more with building the chest muscles and different areas. I would like to know if anyone knows a workout that primarily tones the chest and doesn't really build it, because I already I am fine there. I'm sure there has to be some workout that can do that. And if not, what could I do to get overall pectoral definition without building up the muscles. Light weight and many reps? Advice will be appreciated if anyone is knowledgable with weight lifting.

dumbbell flyes are the best toners if your bench is adjustable use a flat, incline and decline position and hit 3 sets 15-20 reps for each bench position the shorter the rest in between sets the better so your heart keeps pumping longer resting between sets for heavy weight.
ALSO a tip for when your lifting the flyes up form a V with the dumbbells point towards your feet. your palms would be opening out... this takes the weight off the triceps and focuses more on the pectorals
