There are thousands of kinds of breads. Sweet breads, savory breads, egg breads, lean breads... The French are quite fond of croissants (although I guess that qualifies as a pastry) and lean French baguettes, Challah bread is a braided egg bread with a beautiful yellow color inside, the Italians like focaccia, which is like a dimpled, rustic pizza dough with herbs and vegetables on top, flatbreads from the middle east, mediterranean, and India (pita from Greece and naan from India). Americans tend to like sweet buttercrust breads. In Mexico, there is a sweet bread usually with a sweet glaze on it called pan dulce. Donuts, beignets, and sopapillas, are all good examples of fried, sweet doughs.

Yes. Our corn goes for Ethanol which makes the price of All grain go up. I have made a lot of money off of Ethanol. But Ethanol is still just another Green SCAM. We are such Suckers to the Liberals and Democrats.
