You should wait about 3 years. If no other guy has asked her out after this waiting period, then it may be safe to think seriously about asking her out, on a trial basis....
Get real dude, ask NOW! If you feel the chemistry, waiting longer is going to make you appear weak and indecisive. In the meantime, somebody with a pair will come and and edge you out. What's your choice?

There was a guy who once asked for my number LESS THAN A MINUTE after he met me.
You're doing pretty good, actually.
However, as the Guy in this situation, ASK HER OUT after a week at least. BUT if you really feel the urge--- go ahead and do it.

Like a three weeks or maybe even two you don't want to wait to long couse then she'll see you just as a friend and you don't want to totally rush because you'll scare her so yeah maybe like three weeks
