Antioxidants go through the body via the blood stream and get rid of free radicals, which, over a long period of time, cause wrinkles.

Antioxidants are found in food sources containing Vitamin E and green tea. However, a person must drink 10 pots of green tea per day to benefit from the antioxidants.

Antioxidants attack the free radicals in the body. Free radicals in the body are any foreign of naturally occurring chemicals or biochemicals that cause damage on the molecular level of our cells. On one extreme, this can lead to mutations in cell division, for example, leading to carcinogenesis, which can then lead to cancer. A less extreme example of free radicals affecting the body is "aging' on the cells; the theory is that over time, there is an accumulation of free radicals in the cells , left over from biochemical reactions involving proteins, DNA, RNA, enzymes, etc. These free radicals cause damage to the cell and its regular biological chemical processes, thereby slowing down or inhibiting the growth and regenerative properties of the cell.
One of the best known antioxidants out there is Tahitian Noni brand of noni juice. It's antioxidant activity is 2.8 times that of vitamin C, 1.4 times that of Pycnogenol and 1.1 times that of grape seed powder.
