Phillip do you have a good health store near you; i.e. vitamins, gym, health food/
If so, buy some Protein powder and tell them you are attempting to gain weight. Then follow the instructions exactly.
it should work. Remember to work out properly each day so that you don't just pack on pounds, you also keep your muscles toned. Muscle mass is necessary and will also add a little weight.

You need to start my pork scratching, pickled egg and draught bass diet immediately. Its only £895 for a days training course (your buying) it worked for me and it can work for you too!
(in case you are not in the Uk, pork scratchings are heavily seasoned roasted pork skin beloved of the UK midlands and black country, and draught bass is a real ale that can affect your bowels like no other. You have to guess what pickled eggs are).
It worked for me, I am a right fat B*stard.
