If all of your income was from your jobs, you just need your W-2's. Yes, you'd need one from the job where you just worked one day, if you are filing a tax return.
Add up the numbers in box 1 of all of the W-2's. If you don't have the small one but have your last pay stub, add in the gross pay from that stub. This will give your total wages.
If the total is less than $5150 (if you can be claimed as a dependent by your parents or anyone else) or $8450 if you can't be claimed, then you are not required to file. If it's greater than the limit that applies to you, then you are required to file.
Add up the numbers in box 2 of all the W-2's, and add in any federal income tax withholding from the pay stub for the job you worked just one day if you don't have that W-2, to get your total federal withholding. If that's more than zero, even if you don't have to file, you should since you'll get that money refunded to you.
To file a return, download a copy of form 1040-EZ and fill in the numbers. You'll use the totals that you added up above. You can mail in the form, or can find a number of sites to file it online (check irs.gov).
The info above is for federal. Depending on where you live, you might also have to file a state return, and possibly a local one for your city or municipality. State info should be on your state website.

You should have a W-2 for every place you worked and earned any money at all, especially if they withheld any federal or state tax. You could probably use your check stub to figure out the amounts you need, but there should be a W-2 somewhere waiting for you.
You may have a 1099-INT from your bank if you have a savings account that earned interest. If you donated anything to charities (including a church offering plate) you would need the approximate amounts you donated (if over $400 to one place, you need receipts). At 18 filing taxes for the first time, it's unlikely you would have mortgage interest or stock sales, but if you do, you would also need information on those.
Happy filing!

if this is the only place you worked, then there is no need to file it....if you had another job, and made more than that, it would be in your best interest to wait for the W-2 and use it....every little bit helps!
