OK I have been shopping around for awhile now trying to find a cheap copy of vista home premium edition. The cheapest I have been able to find it ANYWHERE in my area is $215-250ish area. Now I find this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/Windows-Vista-Home-Premium-64-Bit-Full-Ver-66I-00825_W0QQitemZ150090224101QQihZ005QQcategoryZ11229QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem and the price is $135 almost $100 cheaper than anything i can find around here... Is this some kind of scam or is there something I am missing on this auction? Any help would be appreaciated.

GHOST,

i looked at the auction.

the seller has sold some this week and gotten good feedback.

it has the PAYPAL buyer PROTECTION logo.

he states a NO RETURN policy, but he accepts PAYPAL, which means that NO RETURN policy of his means SQUAT!

besides, if you fund your payment through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD, you have great protection against fraud

if anything goes wrong and the seller won't help or if PAYPAL can't do anything, then you have the option of filing for a CHARGEBACK from your CREDIT CARD company.

USE THAT CREDIT CARD!

curiously to be OEM for that value. inspite of the actual shown actuality that it doesnt say after a speedy look. OEM purely helps you to position in it a small type of situations and then it wont turn on back :-(
