What is the legality of....posting flyers of a positive drug test result of a person on car windshields like they do with business flyers? Since it is the truth it is not slander, are there any other legal issues I can face in CA?? Trust me this is for a good cause.

As a California attorney, let me advise you not to do this.
While there are no sections of the penal code involved, you will almost certainly and should be sued for a laundry list of tortious causes.
There isn't enough space here to list the possible causes of action, i.e. libel, slander, NIPEA, IPEA, on and on and on.
Take your idea and throw it in the trash where it belongs.

There are no criminal codes and unless you or the other person has bales of money I am sure nothing legal will come from it.

However, this is a very personal assault on a person who may not act the way you think they should. If you are effecting their livelihood and social contacts that person may act irrationally.

And you have already thought about why you are doing it and the moral implications. Consider charity, kindness and harmony.

There is never a good cause reason to defame another individual. Shame on you.

Where I live, it is considered a "violation of human rights. " Consult your lawyer first.
