I want to convert the MT wav files into text forms is there any s/w available to convert the MT wav files into text or word files?

i searched "speech recognition wav" in google (without quotes) and pulled up this site: http://www.research-lab.com/ there was a free wavetotext.zip file on http://aiello.poly.edu/SpeechToText/ but the site isn't working
