According to Disney, yes. See the Beauty and the Beast.
However, I'm not so convinced. A wonderful personality will definitely make someone MORE attractive than they were, but some folks are sufficiently unattractive that even a wonderful personality won't help.

Probably can't make bull dog ugly into a pedigree. But I've heard that money makes a person more attractive so I've no doubt that for some people, power, money, fame, personality, humor, intelligence, strength, competence, voice, etc. can make one more attractive. Since familarity breeds contempt, I guess ugly naturally drifts into "plain-ness" and so allows other assets to shine out.

Not necessarily. But like everything else in life, it depends on the people involved. We all like different things. There's no ONE way to go in this situation.

yes. i dont care that much about how a guy looks. its better if they have some good looks and a personality reather than jus looks
