Following is the top of my list, based on my research and experience:
COCOA is super rich in antioxidants. As a drink, it beats green tea, black tea, and even red wine!
So, try dark chocolate or cocoa powder tablets (actual cocoa powder). Very good stuff!
All "erries" (including cherries) are excellent antioxidants. At the top of the berry list are BLUEBERRIES. It is a "super food."
SWEET POTATOES and BROCCOLI are also super foods.

Think like an artist with your plate being your canvas, and all the foods are your colors to which to choose from. The foods (Veggies, fruits, dark whole grains) with the deepest and darkest "Colors" will be the ones rich in antioxidants. So, the next time you're feeling hungry, Pick your Colors wisely! Happy Healthy Eating!
PS....Foods "White" in color are very nutritious for you.

Any foods that are abundant in Vitamin C. grape/grape seed or pycnogenol. Included: green peppers, broccoli, strawberries, cantaloupe, pine bark, lemon tree bark, grape seeds, grape skins, or cranberries, grapefruits, red wines. Also included is noni juice from the noni fruit and noni leaf teas. In fact, noni juice has been shown to be more effective in antioxidant activity than Vitamin C, grape see or pycnogenol. In comparison, the Tahitian Noni brand of noni juice in research was found to be in antioxidant strength 2.8 times that of vitamin C, 1.4 times that of Pycnogenol and 1.1 times that of grape seed powder.
