You should contact your previous sponsor in Saudi Arabia through somebody to get this certificate.

It is a bit difficult,you need a letter stating your purpose why you need police clearance from them,and that letter needs recommendation from your old employer in saudi arabia,you also need to be present for them to take your fingerprint,I been to this process luckily I was still in saudi arabia at that time.Good luck

i am also trying to get a pcc from saudi arabia. i am not sure whether it can be arranged for me by previous sponsor. if any one know how it can be done please let me know how to proceed further. my sponsor is willing to help me out

Check with the Saudi consulate in your local area, they will assist you in this manner.
